My New Sunglasses

I thought I'd share with you all today my new sunglasses. I purchased them in the sale on Missguided for £4, what a steal. I really like the frame on these and think they look quite quirky which I love. They really suit my oval face shape too!

I'm really loving round shape sunglasses at the minute and have found myself grabbing quite a few pairs. You can never have too many sunglasses right?

Whats your favourite sunglasses style?

Beauty Blender - REVIEW

Good evening guys. Sorry I haven't posted in a while but tonight I thought I'd pop up a post.

Nearly every day in my make up routine I have become obsessed with using my Beauty Blender £16 for literally nearly everything. Since purchasing it I don't think there has been a day I haven't used it. I thought I'd dedicate a post to it and show some love.

Packaging wise I love how the Beauty Blender comes in super handy packaging. It's in a plastic sort of tube that slots on and off and is handy to keep the blender in when not in use. The blender itself is a egg shape with a oval slant at the top and made of sponge. The slanted bit really helps to blend in concealer under the eye and I prefer using the sponge to a concealer or blending brush. Blending bronzer has always been a massive problem for me but this little beauty makes it so much easier. I find it spreads product evenly and really blends everything in well. I normally dampen it before use as I find this loosens the sponge up a bit and makes it a bit more flexi. Cleaning wise I find the sponge super easy to clean and it drys really fast if left on the windowsill to dry or somewhere airy.

No faults can be found in this applicator for me. I literally think I have discovered my most favourite make up tool ever. Why did I not try this sooner?

Have you tried the Beauty Blender? Let me know in the comments.

My New Funky Flats

Good evening my dears. I hope everyone is well. I have to say I am very disappointed with the weather this week so far, it has been freezing!! I've had woolly jumpers on and boots, like what the heck? It's the end of April, we shouldn't have snow and hail stones. Blah blah blah, enough of the weather rant...

Today's post is about these cool dogtooth slipper style flats that I got for an amazing £4 from Matalan in the sale. Such a flippin' bargain. Unfortunately I can't find them online but you might be able to grab them in your local Matalan fingers crossed if they have any left.

I was so intrigued when I saw these hanging on the reduced section and to be quite honest fell in love with them right there. I'm really into the dogtooth print at the minute and think they are just really funky. They definitely add a bit of style to my wardrobe. Paired with a white tee and black jeans these look amazing.  Comfy wise they haven't given me blisters and are my normal size 6 in size. I like the fact the insole is a bit cushioned as this feels really nice on my feet. For £4 I definitely got a steal. These will be getting plenty of wear.

Have you bought any new shoes lately that have stole your heart?

My Top Three Go-To Lip Products

I don't know about you guys but I always have to put something on my lips in the morning. Whether it just be lip balm or a full blown lip colour, I have to wear something.
This nicely brings me to this post and why I have decided to talk to you all about my three top go to lip products. Let's go.

First up is the classic Rimmels Exaggerate Lip Liner in the shade East End Snob £3.99. Very purse friendly and great for the handbag. The perfect my lips but better shade, a light dusky pink. Nearly every blogger owns this or has at some point. A real staple product in the stash. I've lost count the amounts of times I have repurchased it. Colour wise I love it and you get a great colour pay off without using too much product. It's a twisty packaging pencil which makes me so happy and make's it perfect for on the go. Lasting power wise it does good and can require the odd touch up but I'd say its actually quite long lasting on my lips. I literally love it.

Next up is another lip liner. It is Maybellines Color Sensational Lip Liner in the shade 140 Intense Pink £3.99. This shade is your standard pink but a bit deeper which is perfect for my slightly pale skintone.I really enjoy wearing this shade and love wearing it in the evenings especially. I find it very easy to apply and with a gloss on top really long lasting. Another essential for the make up stash.

Last up is the lip colour I tend to wear when I want a bit more colour (mainly weekends) and its the Maybelline Color Drama Lipstick in Light It Up £4.99. This is a classic bright red and I love it for a night out or special occasion. I love the fact it's crayon style and find it super quick and easy to apply. Lasting power wise its pretty standard and may need touching up a couple of times but it will do me.

So there we have it.. my top three go to lip products.
What do you find yourself grabbing for lip product wise lately?

Fresh Start - New Chelsella

Hello you lovely lot. You may have noticed all my previous years of blog content has disappeared. This is because over the past 1-2 years I have really struggled to blog and have been very on/off. I decided the only way I could maybe get myself fully back into this was to start a fresh. I didn't like the fact I had such long gaps between posts and it just didn't look fresh and tidy. I want to take pride in my blog and have it look the best I can. Blogging has always been a part of my life and even if I hadn't been writing posts I had still been taking part in chats on twitter. With that said I would like to thank everyone that has stuck by me throughout my whole experience and I still connect with regularly.

My schedule for blog posts is every Wednesday and Sunday. I feel confident in being able to make these each week and will of course add extra posts when possible.

Thank you for taking your time to read this post and I have hope your onboard my new journey. (However cheesy does that sound). A fresh start.

Onwards and upwards.
